Organising a trip for friends, colleagues or your community? The planned group model lets each traveller have their own payment plan, so the organiser does not carry everyone’s cost.
Plan a group tripWe are taking enquiries now, with first departures planned for April 2027. Bookings and payments are planned to open in February 2027, once supplier agreements, insurance and financial protection are in place. Dates and prices will be confirmed before you book.
Each trip will have its own confirmed quote and inclusions. The indicative prices include flights for Zanzibar, Victoria Falls and Chobe, Mauritius, Bali, and Maasai Mara and Nairobi. Cape Town and Namibia are land-only estimates; Kruger is a road trip. Do not assume extras, meals, visas or insurance are included unless stated in your quote.
Start with a 15% or 20% deposit, with a minimum of R1,500, followed by 2 to 12 monthly instalments. All payments must be complete 45 days before departure. Your available payment period depends on how early you book.
You get a 14-day grace period if a payment is missed. If you need to cancel, the charge is your deposit more than 60 days before departure, 50% of the trip price between 60 and 31 days, and 100% within 30 days. A credit note valid for 12 months may be offered instead. Contact us early if your circumstances change.
Ask the team about itinerary and booking documentation to support an application. Entry requirements depend on your nationality, destination and transit route. Check current official requirements before booking; visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
